(video) I would have never expected my video to win the #IChooseOITA campaign out of 181 participants. When I applied, I thought about sharing my precious story of my life in Japan. I ended up receiving a total of 100,000 yen from Oita Prefecture Government. The video was streamed live in Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University SP2022 Entrance Ceremony with more than 8,000 viewers. It also featured in TOS, a local TV broadcasting company.

(video) There are many reasons for people to become an organic farmers. Some for health, others for the environment or to support local tourism. I directed, filmed, and edited a promotional video for a small community of organic farmers. Thanks to two of my Japanese friends, we are able to have an in depth interview of farmers in Oita Organic Market to find out how the market impacted their life, their family, and the world.

(video) On my last month as a University student, I directed, filmed, edited, and acted in the Fall 2021 Graduation Ceremony Cap Toss Video in Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. This batch has experienced online classes and many of us lost the chance of meeting one another for 3 semesters. For our graduation ceremony, I hope this video can refresh our wonderful memory of the university experience. Happy graduation! Now it's time to shape our world.

(video) Towards the end of Agri-Heritage Tourism course, Professor Kazem announced that anyone who can make a tourism video for Kunisaki Peninsula will get a bonus point for their final score. I was intrigued with the offer not because of the bonus point as I knew I already secured an A+. I just simply love making videos especially to promote things that I support. My friend Ishmam came to me and offered me to join his team. We ended up to go on a day trip to Kitsuki, Kunisaki, and Bungo Takada. I love working with them. I love our diverse our team are not only because we all came from a different country, we also have a different motivation to join Professor Kazem's challenge and different skills to offer. As usual I ended up doing most of the video production process such as directing, filming, and editing but I was glad that they were there to help for the transportation, talents, screen writing, etc. I really love and encourage working in a multicultural environment as diversity is a critical aspect of resilience. 

(photograph) Soccer has always been my favorite sport since my earliest memory. When I was in high school, my friend and I initiated the establishment of a girls soccer team and we practice regularly. Since I went to college, I thought no girls has interest in playing soccer until I saw Aisha's post on Facebook group, that she wants to play soccer too. She scheduled a match every Saturday. I was surprised how many international students also feel the same way about missing playing soccer. It was 12 people from 11 countries and 4 continents. Sometimes we have a mix match with boys team too. I suggested to established a new social media to promote our activities. So I made @apugirlssoccer and managed the contents. (illustrator) The feeling when you’re finally meet people who speak the same language as you, people who can understand and appreciate you, is indescribable. I would had not met them if I did not come to Japan. We have made so many wonderful memories together. Our host family in Hita City have always been so kind and treat us like their own children. One day, I made this artwork of our face using adobe illustrator and printed it into a postcard. We gave it to them alongside with candle fragrances and thank you notes as a farewell gift. Now, everyone has graduated and split apart across the globe. I wish them for a good health and joy.
